We proactively monitor your computer hardware's health to make sure it is operating as expected and will also keep the software drivers for your computer's hardware up-to-date.  We will be alerted if a potential hardware issue is discovered and we will work to get it resolved.

We will proactively monitor the available disk space on your computer and will resolve any low disk space alerts that we receive.  Each month we will run tests on the hard drive to ensure that it is healthy.

We will make sure your computer stays up-to-date with the latest Windows and 3rd party software patches in order to resolve software security vulnerabilities and to include software improvements and fixes.

We will actively manage your cybersecurity protection to protect you and your data from the latest security threats such as malware and ransomware.  Need additional protection?  We have add-ons that you can add such as EDR, email security and more.

We will ensure that your computer's data is protected and can be restored in the event if data loss, theft or disaster recovery.

We will keep your computer running in great smoothly by running regular monthly maintenance tasks without having to spend the extra money!

We will include free support (up to 1 hour) if the issue you are experiencing is directly related to one of the included maintenance services.
